A Multipurpose Hall for the Community
Whether you need a special place for that special celebration, or a modern, professional atmosphere for an important meeting, Bourne Hall might be just what you're looking for. Bourne Hall is available to our community for use by local businesses, educational and government agencies, community clubs and non-profit organizations. Meeting planners will appreciate the comfortable setting for training.
The hall is a beautiful space for weddings and receptions, anniversary, graduation, birthday or quincenera parties. The stage, dance floor and wonderful acoustics make it an excellent choice for concerts plays, dances or most any event that need a place to celebrate.
The 50 ft. by 100 ft. hall can accommodate large groups of 200 - 400 people, depending on the style of seating used (i.e., Banquet style or Theater style). In addition, Bourne Hall can be subdivided into smaller Breakout rooms (up to six in various configurations), providing the right size space for virtually any group or meeting.
The hall is available weekdays, and Saturday morning, afternoon and evening. We have a selection of four caterers that can meet all of your food needs from Continental Breakfast all the way to elegant sit down dinners.
Our approved rental companies can provide any audio, visual and equipment needs to meet your event needs. Our recommended list of florists and photographers can make your occasion even more memorable.
A variety of pricing structures from individual breakout rooms to exclusive use of the hall from three-hour time frames to full days help make your event cost effective.
Our event planners will prepare an estimate based on your time needs; your space needs and anticipated attendance. Rental rates range from $300.00 for a "break-out" room for three hours, to all day exclusive use of the hall for $1,600.00.
